Accessibility statement

We want every wheel to be usable by everyone. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and fix reported barriers quickly.

What we support

  • Keyboard: every control is reachable with Tab. Focus the wheel and press Space or Enter to spin, or press Ctrl/Cmd + Enter anywhere.
  • Screen readers: results are announced through a live region, and buttons have clear labels.
  • Contrast: text meets at least 4.5:1, including hover, focus and dark mode. Slice text switches to black or white automatically.
  • Colour: a colour-blind safe palette is available in Settings.
  • Motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, spins are short and confetti is off.
  • Zoom: layouts work at 200% zoom and on screens from 320px wide.

Known limitations

Very small slices (on wheels with more than about 150 entries) cannot show readable labels; the winner is always shown in large text in the result window.
